Smiles

You just can't capture the sweetness of these smiles. Elise is 8 weeks old and has seriously taken over our hearts.

The rooster tail excitement

Boise's big excitement this weekend was the rooster tail at Lucky Peak dam. With increased amounts of snow, the dam has to release more water and the resulting factor is a rooster tail for all to come and wonder at. Matt thought we'd beat the crowd by finding an off-road "park" on the other side of the real park to view the specticle. The boys loved hiking in and sliding down in the dirt. Elise wasn't real fond of the sunshine, but thankfully slept through the hour of traffic we had to endure to try to get back to Boise (less than 5 miles).

Mothers Day

We enjoyed a fun mothers day together. Breakfast was delivered to my bed and I had two hungry boys help me eat it up!

We are enjoying the different looks of Elise! She is growing so much each day and we are getting little smiles more often now. She seems to be growing out of her colicky stage....we hope!

Growing boys

Tanner is now reading the BOB books.

He will be entering kindergarten in the fall and is very excited!

Alex is our big story teller. He talks and talks and talks, and is not at all interested in learning to read! He will start preschool next fall, too.

Alex's 4th birthday

Alex celebrated turning four with his family all day on April 29th. He jumped on his new big bike in the morning and opened presents that night after pizza and cake.
